Introduction to Open Data Sources and Tools In-Person
This workshop will introduce several Open Data sources, with a focus on New York City-specific sources.
Attendees will learn how and why cities like New York publish Open Data - and how to use Open Data to gather new insights about how our city functions.
Tools such as Microsoft Excel and Carto will be introduced, so attendees can learn how to conduct their own analyses of Open Data sources.
