The next book in the series, A Place of Our Own, is scheduled for publication in 2021.


Joshunda Sanders is an author, journalist, and educator. She is creator and host of a BookTube channel, Black Book Stacks. Sanders is the Communications Specialist in the President’s Office at Lehman College and an Adjunct Lecturer in the Lehman English Department.
